This is an online-only auction featuring a large selection of appliances sourced directly from Home Depot. Items include new, return, and scratch-and-dent appliances. Most items are considered scratch-and-dent and may show cosmetic imperfections such as dents, scratches, or minor shipping damage. Bidders are strongly encouraged to review all photos and inspect items prior to bidding. Featured items include refrigerator/freezer combinations, microwaves, washers and dryers, dishwashers, ice makers, hot water heaters, and more. We do not guarantee any items to be in working condition. If an item description states it has been “turned on,” this only indicates that power was supplied to the unit. No further testing has been performed unless specifically noted. Bid accordingly. Auction Details Online-Only Auction Auction Closing: Sunday, February 8, 2026 at 6:00 PM Staggered soft close with three lots closing every two minutes Buyer’s Premium & Taxes 15% Buyer’s Premium on all lots Nebraska sales tax of 5.5% will be added to all invoices Additional city or county taxes will apply where required Pickup Location Schaardt Auction Service – New Auction Facility 71644 Hwy 50, Steinauer, NE 68441 Pickup Times (No Exceptions) Monday, February 9 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Tuesday, February 10 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Items not picked up during scheduled loadout times will be charged a storage fee of $25 per day per item. Items not removed within 45 days of the auction will become property of the auction company with no refunds issued. Payment Terms Invoices are due by Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, wire transfer, and credit card. Invoices over $5,000 must be paid by wire transfer and will include a $20 wire service fee. Invoices under $5,000 may be paid by cash, check, or credit card (3.5% processing fee). Credit card payments must be made through the online invoice prior to pickup. Returned checks will incur a $50 fee. Items will not be released until payment has been received. Late payments will be charged a $25 per day late fee. Any individual paying with cash over $10,000 will have the appropriate IRS payment filing completed. If claiming a sales tax exemption for agriculture or resale, a completed Nebraska Form 13 must be provided unless already on file with the auction company. Auction Terms & Conditions All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with all faults and flaws. No warranties are expressed or implied. All sales are final. No refunds will be given for any reason. Buyers are fully responsible for inspecting items, determining condition, and bidding accordingly. Staggered Closing & Grouped Lots This auction uses a soft close format. Any bid placed within the final one minute of a lot will reset that lot’s countdown to one minute. This continues until no bids are placed in the final minute. Similar items may be grouped to close at the same time and will extend together if any lot in the group receives a bid. Inspection All items are available for inspection prior to the auction. Items may be located at the auction facility or at the seller’s location. Seller contact information is listed on each lot. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to inspect items prior to bidding. Non-Paying Bidders Failure to pay will result in an indefinite ban from all Schaardt Auction Service auctions. If items must be resold, the original bidder will be responsible for any loss in value and all associated costs. Legal action may be pursued, and all collection, legal, and court costs will be paid by the buyer. Catalog Discrepancies You are bidding on the described item, not the photograph. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. Please notify the auction company of any discrepancies prior to bidding. Titled Items A $25 title fee will be charged for any titled item. Titles will be mailed via certified mail within 21 days after payment and pickup. No exceptions. Bidders are encouraged to place maximum bids well in advance of the auction closing. No sales are final until invoices are issued by SAS. Additional Terms All merchandise must be removed during scheduled pickup times at the buyer’s sole risk and expense. Title transfers only after payment is honored. Any legal disputes will be handled in Pawnee County Court, Nebraska.
