Schaardt Auction Service, founded on June 17, 2017, under the guidance of Clay Schaardt, represents a stronghold of expertise and excellence in the auction industry. Schaardt's journey began with his recent graduation from the esteemed World Wide College of Auctioneering, marking the inception of a distinguished career in the auction industry. In October of 2021, Schaardt further fortified his professional credentials by obtaining his real estate salesperson license, a milestone that expanded the scope of his services. His collaboration with Burrows Tracts Real Estate commenced, leading to a dynamic partnership that continues to thrive. The year 2023 witnessed a pivotal development, as the Schaardt Auction Team was officially established within the ranks of Burrows Tracts Real Estate.
