His collaboration with Burrows Tracts Real Estate commenced, leading to a dynamic partnership that continues to thrive. The year 2023 witnessed a pivotal development, as the Schaardt Auction Team was officially established within the ranks of Burrows Tracts Real Estate. This strategic move has enabled us to seamlessly conduct real estate auctions of land and offer real estate listings encompassing diverse properties, including land, homes, and commercial real estate.
