Payment Information:
- Payment Methods: Cash, check, or credit card (3.5% fee for credit card payments)
- Credit Card Limit: Invoices above $1500 cannot be paid by credit card
- Invoice Distribution: Sent by Monday, July 15, by 11:30 AM
- Payment Deadline: All payments must be completed by Friday, July 19, 2024, or items will be forfeited, and you will be banned from using our auction platform

This is an auction that has items with a reserve and items without a reserve. All vehicles, farm equipment and hay have a reserve. All personal property, tools and auto supplies will sell absolute to the highest bidder. The auction will begin to close on Sunday, August 18 starting at 6:00 PM. There will be a 10% buyers premium on this auction on some lots and a 2% buyers premium on other lots. All lots will be labeled with what buyers premium they have. There will also be a 5.5% sales tax on all purchases that are not titled or exempt. Farm equipment can be tax exempt with a proper Nebraska Form 13. There will be ONE pick up time for items located at our facility near Steinauer which will be Monday, August 19, 2024 from 3:30-7:00 PM at 62348 717 Road, Steinauer, NE 68441. If you can not pick up your items during this time, please contact the auction company prior to bidding. On the equipment, we will offer a different pickup time if needed, but those items will need picked up within 2 weeks, most equipment is located off site in various locations throughout Southeast Nebraska, check each lot to see its location. Wire transfer is required on invoices over $5000. There will be a 3.5% fee added if you decide to pay by credit card and credit card purchases are only allowed up to $1500. Invoices will be sent Monday, August 19 by 11:30 am. All items are selling in as is, where is condition with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. Any items not paid for by Friday, August 23 will be forfeited and you will be banned from using our auction platform as well as put on a bad bidder blacklist for other auction companies to see.
