- Bid Types: All items will sell absolute to the highest bidder, except the 2009 Buick Enclave, which has a reserve
- Buyer's Premium: 10%
- Sales Tax: 5.5% on all purchases that are not titled. Farm equipment can be tax-exempt with a proper Nebraska Form 13

- Primary Pickup Time: Monday, July 15, 2024, from 3:30-7:00 PM at 62348 717 Road, Steinauer, NE 68441
- Alternative Equipment Pickup: Available by arrangement, must be completed by Friday, July 19, 2024
- 2009 Buick Enclave Pickup: Near Sterling, NE; pickup time arranged post-purchase
Payment Information:
- Payment Methods: Cash, check, or credit card (3.5% fee for credit card payments)
- Credit Card Limit: Invoices above $1500 cannot be paid by credit card
- Invoice Distribution: Sent by Monday, July 15, by 11:30 AM
- Payment Deadline: All payments must be completed by Friday, July 19, 2024, or items will be forfeited, and you will be banned from using our auction platform

Welcome to the Schaardt Auction Service Monthly Consignment Auction. This auction is loaded with great assets from various consignors.
Buyers Premium: There is a 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM on all lots selling.
Location and Pickup of Items: All lots are located at 62348 717 RD, Steinauer, NE 68441. Pickup will be Monday, December 30, 2024 from 3-7 PM. We will have load out assistance on larger items using a skid loader.
Payment: Any invoice over $5000 will need to be paid by wire transfer and a $20 service fee will be added to those invoices. Invoices under $5000 can pay by check, card (3.5% fee added), or cash. If you are paying by card, please reply via email to your invoice to let us know and we will send an updated invoice to you before you come to pickup. Cash and check can be paid at the auction pickup. Any returned checks will have a $50 convenience fee. We will not release items for pickup until payment has been made.
Sales tax: 5.5% state sales tax will be applied to all purchases. If a purchase is ag exempt, you will need to fill out a Nebraska form 13 and either email or mail to us to have the exemption.
Disclaimers and Absence of Warranties: No warranties either expressed, implied, or written are guaranteed to the buyer. All items will sell in as is, where is condition on the date of the auction. We do our best to describe items, but we are human and can miss things. We encourage you to call the auction company before bidding on an item to set up a time to pre inspect that item.
Invoices: Invoices will be sent out the day following the auction.
Auction Closing: This is a timed online auction with 4 lots closing every 2 minutes. If someone places a bid in the last 2 minutes of the auction on a lot, that lot will go into extended bidding for 90 seconds and will continue to extend until no more bids are placed.
