We invite you to bid on a great line of tools, furniture, a side by side and many more items! This is an absolute auction meaning all items will sell absolute to the high bidder. The auction will begin to close on Friday, November 29, 2024 starting at 6:00 PM. There will be a 10% buyers premium on this auction. There will also be a 5.5% sales tax on all purchases that are not titled or exempt. There will be ONE pick up time for items located at our facility near Steinauer which will be Monday, December 2nd, 2024 from 3:30-7:00 PM at 62348 717 Road, Steinauer, NE 68441. If you can not pick up your items during this time, please contact the auction company prior to bidding. Wire transfer is required on invoices over $5000. There will be a 3.5% fee added if you decide to pay by credit card and credit card purchases are only allowed up to $1500. Invoices will be sent Saturday, November 30, 2024 by 11:30 am. All items are selling in as is, where is condition with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. Any items not paid for by Monday, December 2nd, 2024 will be forfeited and you will be banned from using our auction platform as well as put on a bad bidder blacklist for other auction companies to see.

Welcome to the Schaardt Auction Service Monthly Consignment Auction. This auction is loaded with great assets from various consignors.
Buyers Premium: There is a 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM on all lots selling.
Location and Pickup of Items: All lots are located at 62348 717 RD, Steinauer, NE 68441. Pickup will be Monday, December 30, 2024 from 3-7 PM. We will have load out assistance on larger items using a skid loader.
Payment: Any invoice over $5000 will need to be paid by wire transfer and a $20 service fee will be added to those invoices. Invoices under $5000 can pay by check, card (3.5% fee added), or cash. If you are paying by card, please reply via email to your invoice to let us know and we will send an updated invoice to you before you come to pickup. Cash and check can be paid at the auction pickup. Any returned checks will have a $50 convenience fee. We will not release items for pickup until payment has been made.
Sales tax: 5.5% state sales tax will be applied to all purchases. If a purchase is ag exempt, you will need to fill out a Nebraska form 13 and either email or mail to us to have the exemption.
Disclaimers and Absence of Warranties: No warranties either expressed, implied, or written are guaranteed to the buyer. All items will sell in as is, where is condition on the date of the auction. We do our best to describe items, but we are human and can miss things. We encourage you to call the auction company before bidding on an item to set up a time to pre inspect that item.
Invoices: Invoices will be sent out the day following the auction.
Auction Closing: This is a timed online auction with 4 lots closing every 2 minutes. If someone places a bid in the last 2 minutes of the auction on a lot, that lot will go into extended bidding for 90 seconds and will continue to extend until no more bids are placed.
